Government
Since the fall of socialism in Russia in 1990, it comes with problems for the construction of a new government. Today Russia has the political system as follows:
Executive branch: executive power is held by the President of the Russian Federation - which is also responsible for appointing the President of the Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Vice-Chairman of the Russian Government and federal ministers (Russian representatives of each country). They formed the Government of the Russian Federation.
Legislative Power: Parliament held by the Russian Federation consists of the Federation Council and the Duma - composed of 450 deputies are responsible for electing the one who will be the Prime Minister of Russia (Russian Federation President).
Judiciary Power: are composed of the federal courts, constitutional and justices of the peace, in addition, do not respond to legislative and executive power. Are formed by:
-Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation: Judge civil, criminal and administrative jurisdiction beyond the general.
-Supreme Court of the Russian Federation: is divided into two: the Supreme Court is in charge of overseeing the actions of military and specialized courts and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation which is a higher court in relation to civil and military courts .
-Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation: handles cases considered courts of arbitration. It is also responsible for overseeing the implementation of other judicial courts and guide them.
